Description

OK. So, you’re a top-notch copywriter. An ideas person with the ability to convert interest into action. A grasp of grammar that makes you the safest pair of hands possible. And an unerring ability to turn technical tracts into captivating copy.

But are you looking for a new challenge? The chance to work with international brands, global clients and projects that switch seamlessly between online and offline?

If the answer’s yes, you may be interested in what we have to offer.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside the Creative Director and Senior Copywriter, you’ll be part of an 18-strong creative team. You’ll delight our global clients (think Panasonic, Daikin, Epson and BMW/Mini Financial Services) with top-quality copywriting, rooted in best practice. You’ll work on everything from printed brochures, explainer video scripts and digital e-books to social media ads, SEO blogs and web pages.

In a nutshell, we want evidence of ridiculously good writing. And by that, we mean creative and captivating. We need a team player. And just as importantly, we want an enthusiastic, inquisitive, and strategic mind.

Requirements

·      You’ll have a solid track record and portfolio brimming with stunning, successful work.

·      Great interpersonal skills and communication are a must, along with the ability to present and sell ideas to clients and team members at all levels.

·      Equally comfortable in offline and online environments, your projects will cover everything from brochures to web pages, and from social media ads to SEO content.

·      You’ll have an exceptional understanding of writing that grabs attention, sells and demands response.

·      You’ll be adept at applying tone, phrasing, terminology and personalisation, to optimise online user journeys for the needs of multiple personas.

·      Superior attention to detail and proofreading ability.

·      Solid experience of writing for social media and digital channels.

·       A people person with a positive, ‘can-do’ and mature attitude.

·      A self-starter who can work independently to meet tight deadlines where needed.

·      Flexible with the ability to react quickly and spot opportunities.

·      Practical and level-headed.

·      Professional, punctual and reliable.

·      Keen to progress and develop.

·      Hardworking and flexible with a willingness to work outside ‘normal’ hours when required. (This isn’t a regular thing, never fear, but it can happen every so often).

·      You’ll be working across a broad array of sectors, but an understanding of B2B markets and an interest in technology, sustainability and/or financial services would be beneficial.
