background

Prysmian is one of the world's leading cable manufacturers, specialising in energy distribution, telecoms cables, and industrial solutions. More than the sum of its parts, Prysmian Group is made up of inspired, committed and passionate employees. Success is global – and it’s shared. So, the team came to Proctor + Stevenson looking for a new way to shout about company rewards: the Prysmian YES campaign.

Challenge

Prysmian offers their employees the opportunity to become company shareholders. This campaign was one of the ways that Prysmian wanted to give back to their staff and show their appreciation of their commitment and hard work and to encourage more to get involved in the initiative. But with over 30,000+ staff being offered long-term stocks and shares, this grand gesture demanded a sizeable campaign.

Solution

Our YES (Your Employee Shares) campaign took full advantage of our studio’s branding, print, digital advertising and video experience. We started by treating this as an internal branding project, establishing a warm and friendly tone designed to bring employees together.

Four individuals holding white markers posed inside an industrial facility with machinery in the background.

This translated to print and digital assets, and quickly gained recognition with Prysmian employees thanks to its consistency and visual appeal.

We also worked with Prysmian to create a promotional video that explores Prysmian employees’ thoughts, feelings, and what Prysmian’s offer of shares means to them.

We wanted the campaign to feel like it was by Prysmian employees, for Prysmian employees – something personal and relatable. By getting the staff involved in the video, we were able to promote transparency from within the company and bring authenticity to the employer brand.

The result was an impactful, employee-led campaign that celebrated the dedicated Prysmian team while promoting further brand loyalty and advocacy.
