A website redesign for an independent technology and product development consultancy
As an independent technology and product development consultancy, TTP has nearly 40 years’ experience helping clients solve complex challenges and deliver commercially grounded solutions in a wide range of industries –from deep tech to life sciences.
TTP first came to us with the challenge of building a new website that better met their changing requirements. They were relying on a WordPress site that was only a couple of years old, but their ambitious teams were already outgrowing it.
The team needed a site that could deliver:
- Simple page creation and user-friendly content management.
- Stand-out branding that would differentiate TTP from the competition.
- The ability to easily monitor and improve site performance and grow traffic from organic search results through content marketing.
- A future-proof solution that would be cost-effective to update and scale as the business grows. This was especially important, given the short shelf life of their previous WordPress site.
Working collaboratively with their marketing and brand teams, we delivered a brand-new Webflow site to meet all their requirements, now and in the future.
Taking a phased approach, we made sure the new site incorporated insights from a wide range of stakeholders, market research and audience data.
- Interim home page and module refresh on WordPress, introducing some refreshed design elements before migration to ensure a smooth transition.
- Comprehensive audit including discovery workshop, audience personas, user experience (UX) review and competitor research.
- Full redesign of the website and migration to Webflow.
- Ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement, including user behaviour, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and support with search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI search / generative engine optimisation (GEO).
The result is a user-friendly, visually appealing site that matches the scale of TTP’s ambition and supports their marketing team with content creation and performance monitoring.
Since launching the Webflow site in January 2024, we have continued to work collaboratively with the TTP team as their digital agency partner.
We revisited the mobile experience of the website with CRO in mind, using Agile ways of working and data-driven insights to deliver iterative improvements to the homepage and navigation, along with other key pages in the user journey.
We have also supported TTP with a new microsite for the Japan market, conducting market research and adapting their online identity and user interface for a more localised experience that meets the cultural and industrial requirements of their Japanese audiences.
