We say YES to being an inclusive employer

At Proctor + Stevenson, being an inclusive workplace is a matter of pride

We warmly welcome employees from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. And we always want to do more.

Refining our recruitment policy

That’s why we’ve partnered with Babbasa, a Bristol-based organisation dedicated to addressing inequality in all its forms.

Working alongside them, we’ve refined our recruitment policy and taken advice on diversifying our workforce.

Through their program in collaboration with Bristol Creative Industries, we’re participating in a scheme offering two three-month, full-time paid placements in roles ranging from advertising and marketing to graphic design, animation, and UX.

This program is specifically aimed at helping young people aged 18-24 from minority ethnic backgrounds and/or low-income households, providing them with valuable insights and experience in our industry.

Prioritising employee well-being

At the heart of our commitment to inclusivity is a deep focus on employee well-being. We’ve introduced a four-day work week to enhance work-life balance. We offer private health insurance, and provide a generous employee benefits scheme. We also provide enhanced maternity and paternity pay – all of which is designed to ensure our team members can thrive professionally and personally.

A warm and supportive culture

We’re a friendly team that values and celebrates each other’s successes. Our internal PrOscars awards, voted for by our employees, recognise the hard work and dedication of our teammates. We also invest in our employees’ growth by offering training and up-skilling opportunities, supported by an annual budget for each individual’s professional development.

And when it comes to team bonding, we know how to let our hair down! We host regular socials, from quizzes to summer BBQs, and our much-anticipated Christmas party!
